David Aisenberg is a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to creating a compassionate and safe environment for clients of all backgrounds and experiences. He specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults ages 18 to 25, as well as offering family therapy and parent coaching. David is passionate about supporting young people and their families through the challenges of growth, change, and connection.

His therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a personalized and collaborative experience, with clients recognized as the experts of their own lives. David utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to offer a tailored, compassionate approach that meets the unique needs of each individual and family.

A Seattle native and proud double UW Husky, David earned both his Bachelor's and Master’s degrees from the University of Washington. In addition to his work with children, adolescents, and young adults, he provides family therapy, parent coaching, and couples therapy to help foster healthy relationships and effective communication within families and partnerships.

Outside of his professional life, David enjoys weightlifting, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his dog.
